Features

One app that runs the whole building.

RP365 gives owners the money and the rooms, staff their jobs for the day, and residents a simple way to pay and ask for help. Here’s everything it does, role by role.

Owners and managers

Your building, money first.

Open the app and see what's been collected, who to chase and which beds are free tonight. Everything else is one tap away.

  • Money: collected, due and late, with monthly invoices and late fees added for you.
  • The calendar: every bed, night by night: notice, bookings and empty nights at a glance.
  • Residents and staff: move-ins, notice and move-outs; tasks and attendance for your team.
  • Complaints and notices: tickets with deadlines, and notices you can see being read.
  • WhatsApp reminders: each late resident gets their own amount and a link to pay.
A bright shared living room with plants and a sofa.
Collections for October: $39,870 collected of $53,140 billed (75%), a six-month chart, and $13,270 to collect: $3,930 late, $8,060 due this week and $1,280 due by 31 October.
Owner home in RP365: Harbor House photo header, $13,270 still to collect this month, 42 beds occupied, 6 empty, 3 on notice, and today's cards for a late Wi-Fi ticket and Hannah's rent.

Staff

Today’s jobs, nothing else.

Maintenance, housekeeping and security see their shift as a timeline. Each job is done with one button and a photo.

  • Today's shift: tasks and complaints in time order, with a line for now.
  • Punch in and out: only counts when they're inside the property.
  • Photo proof: a quick photo when a job is done, so you don't have to go and check.
  • Simple mode: large type, big buttons, in their own language: English, Spanish or Arabic.
A staircase and corridor in a residential building.
Marcus's day: on duty since 9:02 inside Harbor House, checked by location, his week of check-ins, today's shift as a timeline of photo cards, and a slide control to start HH-1142.
Simple mode in Spanish for Lucía: large photo cards for each job with big Hecho and Foto buttons, and one button to call Dana.

Residents

A stay, not just a room.

Residents open the app to their room, their rent as a boarding pass with Pay, house services and what's on this week.

  • Pay rent: by card through Stripe, or through Razorpay in India.
  • Receipts: every payment, in the app and on WhatsApp.
  • Requests: a photo and a sentence, then updates as it's fixed.
  • Notices and community: water shutdowns, fire drills and the rooftop dinner.
A calm, light bedroom with a made bed and a window.
Pay rent: $1,380.00 for 26 October to 25 November, with the Visa card she used last month selected and one Pay button.
Maya's stay: Room 204, Bed B on a photo header, her rent for 26 October to 25 November as a boarding-pass card with a Pay button, services, a notice and the rooftop dinner.

Web console

A bigger screen when you want one.

Owners and managers get the calendar, money and boards on the web. Front-desk staff get a simpler desk for move-ins, payments and tickets.

Every module

What's in the box.

Grouped the way the app groups them. Everything listed here works today.

People

  • Residents

Profiles, stays and an invite to the app. Search everyone, current or past.

  • Bookings and move-ins

Book a bed for a future date; it becomes active when the resident arrives.

  • Notice and move-out

Record notice, then settle rent and the deposit on the way out. Move someone to another room in one step.

  • Staff and roles

Managers, maintenance, housekeeping and security, each with permissions that match the job.

  • Attendance

Staff punch in and out on their phone, and it only counts inside the property's zone.

Money

  • Monthly invoices

Rent is billed every month on its own, per bed or per unit, with late fees when a due date passes.

  • Online rent

Residents pay by card through Stripe, or through Razorpay in India, straight to your account.

  • Record payments

Cash and bank transfers in a couple of taps, including part payments.

  • Receipts

A receipt for every payment, in the app and on WhatsApp, with a link anyone can open.

  • Reminders

Nudge late residents one by one or all at once, each with their own amount.

  • Money at a glance

Collected, due and late for the month, by property, plus the last six months.

Operations

  • Complaints

Tickets with photos, a deadline set by priority, an assignee and a full timeline.

  • Tasks

One-off and repeating jobs for staff, with photo proof and your approval when it matters.

  • Notices

Post to everyone, residents only or staff only, and see who has read it.

  • WhatsApp

Reminders, receipts and updates through the official Cloud API, and a shared inbox for replies.

Setup

  • Properties, floors, rooms, beds

Model each property the way it really is. Run several from one account.

  • Your currency and language

Currency, language, phone format and tax come from your organisation's settings.

  • Payments setup

Connect Stripe or Razorpay once; rent settles to your own account.

On the way: expenses, enquiries and leads, payment approvals where residents upload proof, and deeper reports. They’ll show up here when they ship.
